Are all the "facts" OK. I am no expert on Yokoi.

It's missing a few things. 

Yokio supervised Miyamoto in the making of Donkey Kong
He also produced Kid Icarus.
Supervised Miyamoto for Mario

If it wasn't for Yokio's supervision, Mario would die from the falling damage associated with high jumps.  It is Yokoi's supervision that lead us to the Mario we know and love which ironically will be Miyamoto biggest strength.
