I actually created a thread about this not that long ago. Oh well. I think that a block feature would be great for the forums. It would allow thread creators to self-moderate their own threads and cut down sharply the amount of reports the mods get and ultimately stop the majority of permabans or lengthy bans altogether. It would be nice if ioi added it to the forums.
