Yes, probable cause is court lingo, but it really means  that you're finding a possible reason or motive for why things happen. Anyone with half a brain can do that, including yourself. Its not only sacred to people who attended law school.

I'm not being snide at all. That was actually based on a saying. Anyone who thinks (much like all of us here) can put together probable cause when we question things because sometimes answers escape us. The words probable cause did get into my lingo after being a juror and paying attention to numerous major cases on television growing up.Once more, I wasn't being snide and I don't actually believe you have half a brain. I was just driving home the fact that anyone who employs their ability to think can assess a situation they cannot explain using probable cause. I actually think a lot of people on this site are quite intelligent. Its half the reason I stick around on forums in general.
