On gamecube you should grab Paper Mario TTYD, Tales of Symphonia, Skies of Arcadia, and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles.
On Wii I recommend The Last Story, Xenoblade, Pandora's Tower, Sakura Wars, and No More Heroes.
