Yes, you initially said you will take your statement back if the game features an 8+ hours length (playing through normally, not going for 100% completion), but then it came to all kinds of comparisons that just don't look good for you. For example, none of the games you mentioned is longer than Captain Toad.

I will say this: You aren't the type of guy to go into threads and hate everything Nintendo does, but this thread devolved because some people jumped on you and your responses weren't the best you could do. It's not as big of a deal as it looks, so there's no real harm here. Might take some time until everyone realizes it though.

That's a great way of looking at it. I don't think he was trying to start anything, but I'll admit I get a little riled up sometimes and I wish I didn't. It's hard to keep your cool on the internet.
