Plus you would be asking Disney to limit their Disney/Pixar/Marvel and Starwars licenses to Nintendo consoles only.

It would be a disaster for Disney. What do you do, say Disney Infinity 3.0 is WiiU only and no longer on PlayStation and XBox?

 

Or do you only mean Nintendo could choose to make some games with those licenses while Disney keeps doing what they are doing? In that case Nintendo would be stretched incredibly thin and not making their own IP and/or new IP.


Well that and EA already has the rights to the Star Wars games, so I'd assume Nintendo wouldn't be allowed to use that either. 

Still it'd be worth it just for the rights to Marvel games. Nintendo doesn't really need Mickey and co. ... they already have Mario and Pikachu and Donkey Kong and Kirby. But Marvel? Hell yeah, that could be a game changer for them.
