Well, I can't wait to see it then.

Same here. What I really hope is that you don't need to be friends with someone to meet them online. I hope they make it more like Destiny where you can also meet people in the game world after you complete the single player or in a way that doesn't conflict with the single player. I saw one scene where there was clearly another player just standing next to his Doll while the player just runs past him. It would be awesome if you could just walk up to them and ask them to join your party or fight monsters along side them, even if they aren't in your party. That is the sort of online stuff not confirmed that I want to see.

I want it to be more than just a Monster Hunter clone. (online wise, of course)

I think, if anything, the online mode will consist in simply co-op, where, like you say, the other player can interact with your world even if it's not close to you and vice versa. A little MMO would be cool, with New Los Angeles as a hub. I don't know, an online thing in Xenoblade Chronicles X sounds really ambitious.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
