Modified the OP, so it is clear that you can include digital retail titles (and other questions that came up in other threads).

It now says:
"Keep it retail only, you can do your digital collection as a bonus. If you also bought digital retail titles you can add your equivalent downloadable retail games in your ratio. Note that first and third party are categorized by publisher, when in doubt check the worldwide publisher or who funded the game."
