Well, first and foremost, I want the game on the Wii U
After that, It'd be nice to have a good amount of characters as you said. A lot of variety as well, not just 50 fighting types.
Make it feel more like a Tekken than a Pokemon game. Kind of like how Hyrule Warriors was. Although, a few Pokemon elements thrown in would be fine.
