He was talking about hard to find or expensive games now available digitally. It was just a recent example.

Best example was PS2 classics on PSN imo (that launched on PS3). They're all $10 (except for a small amount of big games that launched at $15 that later were lowered to $10).

Wii games are 7th gen games though, they are not as old as PS2 games even if you want to lump them into the same category due to the Wiis graphical prowess or your own personal bias.  20 dollars is a reasonable price for a last gen game, and 10 is a steal.  15 might be a better price overall though, especially for "smaller" games such as Punch-Out.

PS2 Classics were offered in the life of the PS3. It's not saying the Wii is the PS2, but offering one generation old games digitally on the newer platform. I'm not going for a clever one liner.

$20 is an outstanding price for Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Prime Trilogy. It's an acceptable price for Punch-Out as well.

$10 is practically charity. Might as well complain about having to pay 30 cents for Super Metroid a couple years back.

Someone remind me how much it costs to rent a game on PS Now? Because back when the beta was floating around I believe $20 would get you a game for a whole three months.

$10 is an absolute steal for Galaxy 2. The intial discount is a great way to launch the program.

PS Now has a subscription model though. You can get unlimited access to everything offered for $20/month. Definitely a bit more expensive, but no longer a good zinger.
