PAD Z doesn't have any microtransactions. The whole game was reworked to cut them out along with the stamina system.

Which made the fact that Pokemon Shuffle has such a stamina system outrageously stupid.

(Not enough info on Mario Edition yet to say whether it has microtransactions.)

Oh lord. Can't imagine what it's like without them. Game was already super grindy (and far more than any game I've ever played), and the lotttery system was the really only way to get decent dragons.
