Things like these only lead to more hate which is the core of the problem. We need to learn to just get along, no matter what other people believe, say or do (as long as nobody gets hurt that is).
Besides, when you punish a whole group for terrorist attacks, you'll very likely won't hit the people actually responsible for said attacks. Instead, you're pushing a whole lot of innocent people who did nothing bad at all. You make yourself many new enemies. But not a single new friend.
If the people can't get over different beliefs and thoughts, then humanity has failed.
