Why not acquire a 3rd party to do that? Maybe create new studios while their at it. Hire some indies, ask some veterans of the industry (already retired) if they'd like to join, heck, make their own studio for the young and still learning new devs.
My point is, Nintendo has to expand and increase their employee number to work on new games, not use existing workers. Let those do what they're used to do.
