If the national industry have difficults fighting imports in the auto bussiness let's raise the importation to 100% (never lower the taxes for the national ones, or demand that they cut some of their 50-100% overprice), and that same principle is applied to everything here.

Well that is because PT and Democrats are almost the same, difference is we have a white old hag and you a fake black guy... both have one position in the discorse, but actions that don't match their speach...

Once the ex-president was told that in some countries the tax burden was around 10% and he answered "but with that the governement can't exist"... he never perceived that most of the educated population and industry would be a lot better if they were really smaller and used that 10% to invest in just the basic.... we collect over 40% of the GDP in tax but like 80% is used for wages of public service. They do almost nill investment.
