Nintendo also have it's share of guilty. They don't care for Brazil, they never cared to product things here or actually translate games for our language, but our government is the worst piece of shit in this planet!
And Brazil have PAL-M, it's a unique system so both work here with some conversion (easier with NTSC, even being named PAL). It's way more common to see NTSC here since we are basically flooded by USA products.
