Yeah, but usually in PC games you can choose at which framerate you want to lock it by messing with the ini file, not just 30 or 60.  


Or with Riva Tuner (except with some newer games, damn it). It's more usefull since we have monitors with refresh rates that aren't necessarily a multiple of 30.
