UK + Portugal (GMT) = -1 hour (but I'm not sure you have summer time adjustment, if not then it would be -2)
EET: Greece, Romania, Western Russia, Ukraine = +1
So we start tonight at 21:00 CET = 20:00 GMT = 22:00 EET
