Chart track said the ONE won in novemebr and for 5 straight weeks. They actually stated it.  So PS4 obviously won December.

Possibly, but I don't think we can know that. It could have been a large difference in December.
All we know for sure is that PS4 won by a larger margain in Dec than XO did in November.
Of course that margain may only have been slightly larger. But can't rule out that it could have been significantly larger either. Unless I'm missing something?
