As much as I'd like to hear more titles coming for the N3DS, I don't see a Metroid game becoming exclusive. Metroid games have never been sold that well compared to other Nintendo franchises (Mario, Pokemon, Zelda, Kirby...), so limiting the sales to a platform that has yet to be announced and released would be dumb. With that said, maybe a Metroid Prime Trilogy for the N3DS as a launch game could work. The trilogy is so rare to find nowadays for the Wii, it could work.
