What about 2 games(not even first party games) in bundle? it should cost 50$ more easily. They are losing 100$ per bundle.

More than that, i'm sure. This is why Microsoft took the risk. They couldn't get to 10 million by the end of 2014 otherwise. They'll raise the price to stop the bleeding, but if they cannot fend off Sony and Sony widens to gap to 10 million and reaches 50% marketshare, MS will be forced to shift back their price to $349 in September, anticipating fourth quarther and bundling Halo 5 to $399.99. They will most likely have a Tomb Raider 2 bundle as well.
