It's pathetic that Virtual Console doesn't update automatically, at midnight, everywhere

If it makes you feel any better I'm in the states and it is 2:30 am my time and it doesn't look as if the eShop has updated here either. If it has there I didn't notice anything new and there isn't a "whats new 1-1-15" announcement.
