It has a solid hardware base (over 80 million), most of the PS3s will still be in use.
The 360 hardware base is similar, but it got the internet explorer years later and it was behind a paywall for most of its time.
Wii has a higher hardware base, but most people seem to have other devices more suited for web browsing.
