That is completely different.
Futurama is produced by an american company, its ANIMATED in Korea.
Total Drama is produced by a Canadian company, whose given CN the rights to show it in America. They do this with many shows.
Who ever produces the show is what matters, not where it is aired, because TV companies like CN, USA, Nick, etc...license stuff from production companies all the time.
