Only 11% 3rd party for Wii U was not expected, I knew sales where not good with 3rd party but 11% is a huge problem. They need to drastically change up tactics. yes Wii did great but when do you see the next innovation wowing people that much? It's just not likely.
My first priority if I was Nintendo would be to build up online, Interface and 3rd party support. They have great first party, also put in a damn achievement system. people are addicted to them, it promotes a games Replay value either way. If you don't think so, just look at True achievements or the many sites that focus on the achievement systems of Sony and MS. Sony didn't start with a trophy system but once they seen how much people like it, they intergraded pretty fast, smart move too.
