It doesn't work like that. With TLOU they aren't losing anything other than potential sales if it wasn't bundled (no many). GTAV  they don't loose $60, they would of had a deal in place with Rockstar make "x" amount of bundles with their game. They will not be paying anything near retail price. And then you have to consider all the extra games that will be bought because of the deals and all the extra people buying PS+.
