Buying a console during the first year is never great if you expect it to have an "end of life" amount of games to choose from at bargain bin prices, just never happens. As for stuff being a scam and the games you buy all being expensive... well again buying stuff day 1 is going to cost you more than a player choice style of game down the line, this sounds like you're suffering from a string of uninformed purchases really over the ps4 being a bad system. If you spent a few mins online you could find out which ps1 games were available on the system before you bought it... so you will have to stick to ps3/pspgo/pstv to play those on a big screen... or a psone/2 hah.

The feature to play old games doesn't exist and Playstation Now has you streaming games after renting them that means you have to stay online the whole time and lag a lot.

Playstation Now would be great if it was like Netflix where you have a subscription plan and you can play all the games in the service. I actually think that would be a killer app for the PS4. But no you have to rent every single game and it's the same price as buying them
