Yes it is, worst part is that if its a lot overtracked in the US and its been overtracked a lot in the US before, just inmagine how bad it is the rest of the world where we will never see corrections cuz there are no official trackers.

This, I think the Xbone is about a million overtracked right now, 350-400k in the USA and ~600k ROW+Europe
