It should be 30fps, but after A Link Between Worlds you never know. About the 1080p thing, well I don't know, the visuals just look... 1080p-ish I'm dead serious. Maybe it's the inconsistent framerate, I don't know.

Ehhh! Don't do it dude!!! His punishments are essentially Bondage level if you lose the bet in vgc and 1080p on the wiiU is near impossible for an open-world game! Just ask the last guy that bet him and lost, he was never the same again and it made everyone at vgc suffer as well!
