Average Wii U games finishes to sell this. Is that awesome? Absolutely not, but let's put the game in the context of the console where it launched first.
Then there's the fact that Toad may be part of the Mario universe (hence franchise), but it's not by any means a Mario title. It's a minor puzzle game coming from a mini game that was available in the latest main Mario game. Obviously some people may have liked it, others not, others simply would not have cared about it.
It's selling ok for being a Wii U title.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
