1 - No, but I believe ioi is planning on changing it sometime in the future
2 - you either have to have 100 or 200 posts (can never remember) before you can edit games in the game database.
3 - Already explained. Mostly for the Prediction league
4 - cause you only have 2 posts, how do you expect to get anything after 2 posts.
