I'm a bit behind:

#29: God of War 2 - took the great combat and spectacle of the first and improved upon it. God of War on PS4 will be insane

#28: Persona 4 Golden - First Persona game, loved it. The social elements were great, the characters are well written and likable, and the Persona system is a good way of improving the otherwise slightly basic turn-based combat

#27: Gran Turismo 6 - Just a great racing game. Looked great on PS3, great handling model and tons of cars and events

#26: GTA Vice City - It's GTA, with the best city and soundtrack the series has produced
