I think Nintendo are less likely to be a target simply because they are game-centric and not really a mega-corporation.

Secondly the features that Nintendo offers on their online service has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of their network security, the two are not even vaguely related. For all we know they could have the best security of all three and that's why we've never heard of any hacks. Given how strongly Nintendo goes about defending their intellectual property it wouldn't actually surprise if that were the case.
