Should Nintendo make a game where they have bowser as the Protagonist?

I think it'd be a neat idea to explore. Nintendo already has a few interesting spinoff games for Mario chars like Luigi, Peach, & Toad. I think Bowser definitely deserves a chance in a game of his own.
