Will MCC be the best Halo game once all the issues are fixed?

No. When a game ships broken, pisses EVERYONE off and doesn't get fixed for a month or more later? At that point, even when it does get fixed, it's too late. MS is just going to have to lick their wounds and get Halo 5 out ASAP and get it right this time.
