Why wait until KH3? Remember this a story heavy series and there have been a ton of games. You're going to be really lost.

Wouldn't the collections make it easier to get in to? Not sure why you lost interest.

Hopefully KH3, has a KH3DS like recap, but if we are being really honest you would get the same effect by just reading the wiki.
