I think the worst thing about him saying that is that shortly after, he literally uses a PS1 game as a comparison to illustrate how bad OoT looks. While the PS1 game he mentioned was FF7, it really doesn't help his case still that he would say PS1>N64 then use a PS1 game as a standard of how bad the N64 game looks.
