As far as top games, honestly, the Wii certainly has more buy-worthy games than my PS3.
As far as exclusives, which are all important to library quality, then the Wii is far and away ahead.
So, in a contest of PS3 vs Wii, how can the Wii be "dead last in quality" yet still have a superior library to the PS3? ...but then again, that's just my opinion. Do you disagree with it?
In fact, since this is really about opinion, how can you be sure that "...and things aren't changing" is even possible.

The hypocrisy of ithe article is hilarious. They are trying to prove wii is not 1st party dominated by using Nintendos own games, example being given Mario Galaxy. WTF is the article about then ? Wii not being 1st party dominated or over all exclusuives ?
The article is obviously written by a bias fool. And its nothing but their claims they dont have any info to back them up nor do they link to any source.
ps - what damage control ? i got GT5p coming then GTA4 then MGS4, as far as gaming goes iam freaking on cloud 9 these days. It more looks like wii fanboys are doing the damage control by posting foolish articles like these no matter where they find them.
