I agree; im with you something shady is no doubt going on.

I wouldn't go to the point of fake moon landings here. I think the more rational reason for what we're seeing with reguards to 3rd party support is publishers and to a lesser degree, developers, just collectively saying enough is enough. I think the majority of them WANT to release on Wii-U and Nintendo consoles but they're no longer willing to put up with what they see as an unclimbable wall.

Nintendo is awesome at getting their own games out there and selling them but horrible at giving third party games the same treatment. Sony and MS spend millions and millions of dollars advertising and pushing games like Titanfall, COD, Madden and Destiny. Nintendo doesn't even spend that much money on their OWN games. So if you were a publisher, why would you do business with them?

We (well most of us) all love Nintendo. But we're consumers, not businessmen. Our livelihoods and jobs are not at stake. It's easy for us to sit here and cuss these guys out for not giving the Wii-U Minecraft or GTA but in the end, it's just not practical for them to do so.

The moment Nintendo releases a console like the PS4 and opens up their pockets, believe me, these huge third party games will show up.
