week ending 10th and 17th are up. Week ending 23rd won't be up for a while considering today is only the beginning of the 23rd. 

The week doesn't end on those dates. That's when it starts. 

you sure? because the week of 17th wouldn't finished yet. But if that was the case the PS4 would be above the X1 for that week, Unless they have only added the first day or 2 to it so far.
