I did notice though that when Polygon gave Gran Turismo 6 an 8.5, Sony fans didn't make a big deal about it and even said that the site is still trash. Not saying that Sony fans are better but in that case alone, they were consistent. |
Well, I could point out that reviews seemed to be held up as very important when TLOU was getting praise all around, but not so much when games like Shadowfall and Driveclub got shitcanned, but like I say, every fanbase does that, or at least the extremists do.
The only reason I used the term "hardcore fan" was because I didn't want to get reported for using the term "fanboy".
