I already addressed Tropical Freeze and why it shouldn't be used in comparison to Smash. No idea about Killzone though, but I'm sure there's some reason.

Oh there is a reason; Killzone Shadowfall is a shit game.

My point is, nobody saw it coming. These things don't always follow past trends and aren't always foreseeable.
