That is exactly what i said.
But i said BF alone is only 50. the Black Friday day sales (and the day after) are only 50%

The week 4, the BF week is 6 Days. Sunday - Saturday
Sunday - Wednesday = normal part of the week
Thanksgiving - Saturday after Black Friday = "The Black Friday Weekend" ;)

U get it now?

There is no data do support that from neither NPD or VGC... that is why I don't get that... it was never showed to us a breakdown by day of sales in the BF week.

There is week breakdown from VGC and from NPD.

The data is "use ur mind"
Do u think 100% of the sales for that week only happen on BF?
Do u think zero % of the sales happen the 4 days before?
Why are there 300k units sold the week (7 Days) before, but now in 4 Days should no units be sold?

Take it or leave it. BF Weekend is about 50%. The whole BF week is about 60%
But if ur at retail, u don't talk about Black Friday week as the biggest week. U talk about Black friday as the biggest Day or Black Friday weekend as the biggest weekend. Because all the deals only happen at Thanksgiving evening, Black Friday and the Saturday after. 2 1/2 days of sales are the "Black Friday"

Retail, NPD, MS, Sony give us BF week figures... so they clearly talk about the week.

Eg? http://www.gamespot.com/articles/xbox-360-sells-750000-during-black-friday-week/1100-6400656/

BTW 360 sold 1.26m in NPD November 2012... 750 / 1260 = ~59%

Yes. During Black Friday week, and the Black Friday week is 4 days normal week and 2 1/2 days Black Friday sales.
And they talk about weeky data, because they don't have any other. Retailer report on a weekly base to NPD. Sony, MS, and Nintendo get the Report fom NPD.
But as retailer u also know how much u sold on the one Black Friday day, or the whole weekend alone.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-12-02/black-friday-weekend-spending-drop-pressures-u-s-stores.html

We just won't ever get that data for consoles, because NPD track sales and NPD tracks on a weekly base.
But if u want to talk about the impact of the special Black Friday PS4 bundles or the Black Friday pricecuts, u can't just use the full Black Friday week. Because they don't take the whole week into account. Only the BF weekend.

BF weekend for consoles ~ 50% of November
BF week for consoles ~ 60% of November

And we had that conslusion 3 posts earlier already ;)
(Me atleast. Still don't know, if u agree on that or not)

Edit:
If someone wants to know, why PS4 is ahead right now :D
