I remember the Wii being supply constrained for its first 2-3 years on the market. Whether that supply constraint was created by Nintendo or demand was never truly defined. The PS4, on the other hand, is available on many a shelf, without having to ask when the next shipment arrives. I wouldn't be surprised to see it start tracking more in line with the 3rd year PS3 and 360, which is still a pretty decent clip for consoles in the current market.
