In november, only one territory (NA) observes a holiday/festive season spike. Black friday. In december, the whole world goes on a buying spree so theer will be a global spike.

Well PS3 did 1,5M it's first november. And the same year, Wii did 2M, since the PS4 is closer to Wii than PS3 in term of hype, 2M is a good possibility for november.

2M for december then is the worst scenario , 18M is the least it will reach,  +19M is very likely
