VGchartz has PS4 at 13 mil as of Nov 8th ad in 2 more weeks of ~400k sales and BF week of 1mil then theres gonna be a min of 15mil sold through by Dec 1st. Keep in mind this is not including any undertracking by vgchartz. At this point any thing under 17.5mil for the year is unrealistic. 

Hopefully Sony will announce 15mil+ sold through at PlayStation Experience!

That would mean 6.5 mil shipped Q4!!!!!

I can see 16 million happening. No doubt there will be a lot of PS4s sold on Black Friday, not to mention the upcoming releases of GTA V and Assassin's Creed Unity which can also cause a sales spike. From what i've seen, people have already started buying up Christmas gifts in the UK, which includes PS4 consoles (they make up the majority of videogame systems i've seen people buying in shops).

Secondary estimate: Xbox One to outsell Wii-U Lifetime by Dec 1st. The Price Cut and various good games have given it a bit of a comeback.

The best buy bundle is going to sell like hotcakes during black friday.

IMO over 16M is more likely.
