For someone interested in all of those games, that's a good deal. Obviously, not every deal will appeal to everyone. If I didn't yet own a Wii U, I would snap that up in a heartbeat.

but that's kind of my point.  it's only a good deal if you are interested in all those game.  on the other hand if it was just a wiiU for $200 that could motivate anyone because everyone likes money and they can use that money to buy whatever games they want.

same reason xbox is going to kill ps4 this black friday.   $300 price tag is way more universal than $400 with bundled games,.. even if it is a big game like GTA5.
