It could, but it depends on Amiibos (maybe). Last year it sold about 1.2 million in December, and its last big game was 3D World in November 21st. This year we have Smash + Amiibos in November, and CT (I know. It won't push sales, but a new release can bring a boost, k?) in December.
Just with Smash, I'd say it will reach 9 million easily, but it also has Amiibos and CT. So it has a chance... Just that nobody can be sure about it.
Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
