If NPD lied about sales numbers, there's a simple word for it.
Slander.
If MS really fully knew NPD was lying, they could easily initiate a multimillion dollar lawsuit against a professional company trying to defame and destroy Microsoft's Xbox 360 due to poor sales. This case would be easily proved by Microsoft, and they'd be awarded millions of dollars in damages (making the X360 profitable!).
Of course, your just trying to be a stupid X360 sales fanboy or somthing. Grow up. The 360 is having bad sales because it's a 19 month old system that hasn't had a price drop. If MS is happy with poor sales, let them be - its their fault, and only their fault for the failure of sales of their system. Not NPD bias.
