Gran Turismo 7 (or evn 8) has a chance but it has to be one of the best selling in the franchise. Good thing is PS4 is dominating so it could be ps2 all over again.
Halo 5 though, i dunno. Halo 3 is close to 12mil and thats with X360, do we think Halo 5 will surpass that alone? Pokemon XY should have decent legs in NA+Europe so it'll leg out to no less than 14mil sold WW.
Seems as though those are the only franchises to maybe beat it. MK8 will be WiiU highest, but max it will sell is probably 9mil lifetime
