I couldn't find any info on their localisation at all, so I'll give you benefit of the doubt. Although judging from the NoE website, there's a lot of languages that it gets translated into.
I still think localisation is a big hurdle for NoE, and their supply/production lines are probably a fair bit more complex than the 3 countries NoA has to worry about.
Still think it sucks that there's delays as a result of it, but I understand why.
